Transformers 2 Film in Philly: Transformers 2 shooting scenes in Philadelphia?
Superhero Hype is reporting that Sharon Pinkenson of the Greater Philadelphia Film Office seemed to confirm in an interview with KYW News Radio that Transformers 2 might be shooting scenes in Philadelphia.
Here is a segment of the interview they posted on their site:
“Dream of the Romans” has been shooting. ‘Tenure”, “Happy Tears”, and “Marly and Me” are upcoming as is ‘Transformers II.’ But won’t giant robots wreck the place????
“Ha, ha. Let’s just say the destruction part is going to be digitally enhanced.”
“Otherwise, there goes the neighborhood.”
The city has been trying to court major studios to film there for years, recently announcing plans to build a $75 million dollar production facility that would tentatively open in fall 2008.
I hope it comes to Philly, because I need some work! Maybe I can be one of the people running and screaming in a crowd scene!

Second: Everyone knows that the city of Philadelphia screws up everything. The proof is the only films ever shot there are by M. Night Shyamalan and their sports teams.
wasn’t Punisher shot in philly? or was the guy who played him just there handing out shirts cuz he had nothing better to do?
It is a wonderful city that suffers from a serious case of under-achievement due to the fact that it is run by crooked niggers and crooked Italians (white niggers).
Unfortunately, bringing Michael Bay (hollywood nigger) to Philadelphia can only make things worse.
