Austin City Limits Music Festival 2008 Lineup: Foo Fighters Lead the Festival
Foo Fighters will top the bill at the seventh annual Austin City Limits Music Festival, scheduled for September 26th, 27th and 28th at Zilker Park in Austin, Texas. According to Billboard.com, the lineup will also feature Robert Plant & Alison Krauss, Beck, the Raconteurs, Vampire Weekend, the Silversun Pickups, Against Me!, Band of Horses, the Mars Volta, Flyleaf, David Byrne, Gnarls Barkley, Tegan & Sara, the Black Keys and over 110 others.
Three-day passes are available at ACLFestival.com for $170 each until showtime, unless the event sells out first.
The 2007 Austin City Limits Festival drew more than 225,000 attendees.
The festival will cap a summer North American tour for Foo Fighters which begins on July 9th in Seattle. In addition to arena and amphitheatre shows, the group will also headline the 2008 Virgin Mobile Festival in Baltimore on August 9th and the Virgin Festival in Toronto on September 6th.
