I. Program background:
“2009 CCTV BABY GAME” NATIONAL TV PROGRAM: Children’s Development Compendium in China (2000-2010) was enacted in 2000 to promote children’s development, especially the development of children’s physical and psychological quality, where children’s health and education was highlighted.
In this compendium, early education of the development of children in the 0-3 age group was clearly defined. Under its principle, Beijing Municipal Government promulgated on September 1st, 2001 Regulations on Children’s Pre-school Education in Being to write into local laws the education of children in the 0-3 age group. The rest of the country soon followed suit and established a series of corresponding rules and regulations. Finally, this education issue has come into the ordinary family life from the long-year research field.
